What Does It Look Like?

One conference attendee writes: “I was really blessed by all that you shared with us and how you shared it all in a different light than what I had ever heard before.  I know that as believers we need to have answers to those who ask us for the hope that is in us, and I know a lot of those answers, but I just didn't realize the need to rebuild the theological foundation of the majority of people in this "Greek" society. Your lecture really opened my eyes to why we need to do this and how to go about it, and really boosted my confidence in sharing my faith with others. I was also partially unaware about most of the misconceptions that are being taught in a lot of churches to children and adults alike. I now realize how crucial it is to teach children Biblical stories as a whole with the exact details and explanations of what really happened, not dumbing and watering everything down and making the Bible seem fanciful.”

Answers in Genesis is known for the Creation Museum near Cincinnati and their life-changing apologetics seminars with Ken Ham and others. Answers in Genesis is dedicated to upholding the authority of God’s Word from the first verse and proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Because of the cost, most churches have not been able to take advantage of an Answers in Genesis conference. A new program has been started to help remedy this situation. I have been a missionary in Africa for the past 10 years and have recently joined the Answers team. My supporting churches are continuing to support me in this ministry because they believe that this is vital for the church in America today. Because of this support, I am able to give an Answers in Genesis conference at an affordable cost. Please consider holding an Answers in Genesis conference at your church or school. We are flexible to your needs, but let me suggest the following two formats:

1.    The most popular choice - Sunday only

a.    Sunday School - The true history of the world. This talk covers creation, the Flood, the Ice Age, and the tower of Babel. It answers some of the most asked questions: Where did Cain get his wife? How did Noah fit all those animals on the ark? etc.

b.   Sunday morning - The Relevance of Genesis. This talk explains what compromise on God’s Word has done to America and why Genesis is vital to the gospel message.

c.   Sunday evening

                                       i.    Part one - Dinosaurs and the Bible. Children will also enjoy this talk as we answer the question "Does the Bible really talk about dinosaurs?"

                                     ii.    Part two - Creation Evangelism. This talk explains why people are not listening to the gospel as much as they once did and explains how we can witness more effectively in our postmodern culture.

2.   If a longer conference (either starting on Saturday or concluding on Monday) is desired, we can include a Question and Answer session, or intersperse the above talks with Answers in Genesis videos by Ken Ham or other popular speakers. Such videos might include Six Days of Creation, State of the Nation 2, or Demolishing Strongholds.

For Christian schools, additional programs are available for the students and for In-Service teacher training. Resources are available for sale during the conference to further equip God's people to defend their faith.
